Hyundai Motor union reaches tentative wage deal after decade strike
Hyundai Motor’s union reached a tentative wage agreement after wage talks stalled and the union staged its first full strike in a decade. The deal adds a base salary increase, performance bonus and welfare points, averting a likely suspension of production at the Ulsan plant, which can make about 1.5 million vehicles a year.
