Hyundai and Oman ministry sign pact for hydrogen transport and EV charging

Hyundai Motor Group has formalised cooperation with Oman’s transport and technology ministry to support sustainable urban initiatives, including hydrogen-powered public transport and electric-vehicle charging. The pact, aligned with Vision 2040, starts with a one-year term and covers a bus trial from 2026–2027 and installation testing of a 240kW fast charger at a site near Muscat in 2026.
