Hyundai and Kia end passenger diesel as Sorento diesel stops
Passenger diesel engines are effectively being phased out of South Korea’s passenger-vehicle market as Kia halts Sorento diesel production mid-month, leaving no diesel models in Hyundai Motor and Kia’s passenger and RV lineups. Remaining diesel inventory will be sold until depleted.
