Hyatt will add its first affiliated hotel in Guyana, Atlantic Suites Hotel, following a roughly $50 million development. The existing property is expected to be integrated with a newly built adjoining tower in 2028 to form Hyatt Regency Georgetown Guyana. The upgrade will expand accommodations to 240 rooms and add full-service Hyatt Regency amenities, including meeting and dining facilities.
