Hudson Valley Farms has accepted an offer to buy PepsiCo Frito Lay’s former Liberty manufacturing building at 89 Mill St., reported to the Sullivan County Legislature. The farm and retailer is seeking Village of Liberty approval to expand its agricultural business and says former PepsiCo workers laid off in 2025 will be prioritized for about 200 jobs. No deed had been filed as of Aug. 6.
