HUDCO Plans Loan Book to Top Rs 2 Lakh Crore in FY27

HUDCO expects its loan book to surpass the Rs 2 lakh crore mark in the ongoing fiscal year on firm demand. To fund asset expansion, the state-owned lender plans to borrow Rs 75,000 crore across domestic and overseas markets and disburse Rs 65,000 crore during the year. It also targets further ECB of USD 1.3 billion under the RBI concessional swap window.
