Honeywell Technologies said it has completed the all-cash sale of its Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. Honeywell described the deal as the final step in its transition to a pure-play automation company focused on building, industrial and process sectors. It follows earlier divestitures of its Warehouse and Workflow Solutions business and its Personal Protective Equipment business.
