Honda received the top 5-star rating in the FIA Road Safety Index for products/services, the first automotive company to achieve it. The award, presented at Monza in September 2026, reflects a plan-do-check-act safety process, safety monitoring and culture management, and disclosure of traffic-safety data across 17 countries covering over 90% of global sales. Honda targets a 50% cut in collision fatalities by 2030 and zero by 2050.
