Hitachi Construction Machinery said it is changing its name to Landcros as it looks to build momentum in construction equipment. During a dealer meeting, leaders outlined plans for entry next year into compact track loader and articulated dump truck markets, expanding beyond its current excavators, wheel loaders and rigid-frame dump trucks under the Hitachi brand umbrella.
