Hindustan Aeronautics Limited announced the NCLT’s formal dissolution of its dormant joint venture, Infotech HAL Limited, which had been inactive for over three years. The closure is expected to create zero material financial drag. HAL reported Q1 FY27 standalone net profit up 14.8% YoY to ₹1,580.61 crore on 14.4% higher revenue of ₹5,515.28 crore, while focusing on active defense programs.
