Hims Finalizes Australia Deal for Pilot Men’s Health Telehealth Brand

Hims finalized its acquisition of Australia’s digital health platform Eucalyptus, including Sydney men’s telehealth brand Pilot. Hims plans to move Pilot clinicians onto its platform and launch a women’s health segment later this year via Juniper. The expansion is intended to reduce travel and wait times and improve access to weight-loss and other preventative care, while supporting growth plans to reach $6.5B revenue by 2030.
