High Court to search London mayor’s emails in Palantir dispute

Sir Sadiq Khan’s texts and emails will be searched in a High Court fight over MOPAC’s decision to block a £50m two-year deal with Palantir for AI technology to aid Met Police criminal investigations. Palantir is suing MOPAC over the May block, with the dispute focused on which officials and how far back searches go. Separately, MOPAC seeks Palantir internal files, which Palantir says would require reviewing about 150,000 documents.
