The Hershey Company appointed Dave Hulays as chief financial officer, succeeding Steve Voskuil. Hulays previously served as senior vice president of finance and brings nearly 30 years of finance leadership experience across Hershey and Procter & Gamble. Voskuil, who has led Hershey’s finance organization for seven years, plans to retire in early 2027 and will shift to strategic projects supporting the CEO and board during the transition.
