Herbalife said CFO John DeSimone will retire at year-end and Scott Schaefer, currently Senior Vice President of Finance and Transformation, will become the next CFO effective January 1, 2027. Schaefer has led an organization of more than 1,000 employees and helped drive digital-first growth, operational optimization, and bottom-line improvements.
