HCL Technologies completed its acquisition of Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s Telco Solutions Business on Aug 1, 2026, paying up to $160 million including a $15 million performance-based incentive. The deal brings about 1,500 telecom and product engineering specialists and adds OSS and 5G subscriber data management IP to strengthen AI-led, cloudified telecom network offerings for Communication Service Providers worldwide.
