Harbour Energy Agrees $200M Off-Market Share Purchase From BASF
Harbour Energy said it has agreed with BASF to make an off-market purchase of about $200 million of its ordinary shares, at a price equal to the accelerated bookbuild offering price, subject to the buyback contract terms and completion of the BASF share offering. Harbour plans to cancel the purchased shares, with consideration above $150 million deducted from its ongoing $250 million buyback. Disclosure has been made via RNS.
