Hanwha Defense USA signed an agreement with the U.S. Army to supply six prototype Mobile Tactical Cannon systems, with an option for 12 more. The deal totals $262.9 million, including $100.3 million for the initial award. Testing data will guide future fielding of a wheeled, automated-turret artillery platform intended to replace M777 in select formations.
