HAL posts Q1 profit growth ahead of estimates, records higher gratuity liability

Hindustan Aeronautics posted standalone net profit of ₹1,580.61 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up 14.8% year on year, with consolidated profit up 14.9% to ₹1,589.66 crore and both ahead of estimates. Standalone revenue from operations rose 14.4%. EBITDA reached ₹15.26B. The company also recorded a higher gratuity liability due to a revised IDA ceiling effective October 1, 2025.
