Akwa Ibom State Governor Pastor Umo Eno brokered a partnership with SAMCO and Airbus in Montreal to support Maintenance, Repairs and Overall (MRO) operations and a fleet expansion programme at Victor Attah International Airport, Uyo. Talks included maintenance, technical support for Ibom Air’s aircraft, plus training, technology transfer and local workforce capacity building ahead of pre-delivery inspection of a new Airbus A220-300.
