GoPro Revenue Drops 31% as Sale Talks Enter Final Phase
GoPro’s revenue in the quarter ended June 30 fell 31% to $105 million, missing estimates, as camera sales dropped 38% and retail revenue slid 48% to $58 million. Subscription revenue rose 11% to $29 million. The board authorized a process to evaluate a potential sale and other strategic options, while GoPro expanded the MISSION 1 line and offered a $100 discount.
