Goldman Sachs to Acquire Neos Investments in Up-to $2.25 Billion Deal
Goldman Sachs Group will pay cash and equity to acquire Neos Investments for as much as $2.25 billion, adding a fast-growing ETF issuer to its product roster. Neos manages nearly two dozen options-based income ETFs with about $32 billion in assets, strengthening Goldman’s position in actively managed exchange-traded funds.
