Gold Fields Raises Stake in Suriname Explorer Founders for $55.7M
Gold Fields will invest $55.7 million to increase its stake in Suriname explorer Founders Metals to just under 20%, buying 14.1 million shares at $5.44 each. The funding supports Founders’ buyout of Nana Resources’ 30% interest in the Antino project for $17 million plus shares and up to $21 million in milestones, after recent Antino Northeast drill results.
