GlobalFoundries Secures $1.5B Credit Facility Led by JPMorgan, Maturing in 2031
GlobalFoundries has secured a $1.5 billion credit facility led by JPMorgan, maturing in 2031, replacing an earlier undrawn $1 billion revolving line. The new borrowing capacity supports continued capital access as chipmakers plan major builds amid trade shifts. The company posted $1.786 billion in 2Q 2026 revenue and previously prepaid about $664 million in term loans in 2025.
