General Mills joined other companies in a Minnesota dispute alleging sugar prices were fixed through information sharing between suppliers and competitors. The plaintiffs say Wistisen told United Sugar’s competitors pricing details and relayed competitors’ pricing back to United, including questions about new pricing on Sept. 21, 2020. The litigation pits buyers and suppliers against each other across the state’s food industry.
