Genentech Partners With DualityBio on Up to $1B Oncology ADC Deal

Genentech is partnering with DualityBio to develop next-generation antibody-drug conjugates for cancer. Under the deal, Genentech will pay $45 million upfront and fund up to more than $1 billion in development, regulatory, and commercial milestones, with tiered royalties on net sales. DualityBio will run discovery and early global development using its DUPAC platform, with Genentech taking over after Phase 1a.
