Geely-owned Lotus Technology has completed its acquisition of Lotus UK, buying 100% of Lotus UK’s equity interests. The deal combines the Hethel manufacturing operation, Lotus Engineering, and Lotus Tech’s international product development and commercial activities into one global organization.
