GE Vernova will bring Claire McDonough in as its next finance chief, after Rivian said she plans to depart on Oct. 30 and she will join GE Vernova in November 2026, taking over as CFO on Jan. 1, 2027. Ken Parks remains CFO through end-2026. The company also raised 2026 guidance and ended the second quarter with $13.1 billion in cash and $163 billion in backlog.
