GE Vernova will welcome Claire McDonough in November 2026 and transition her fully into the CFO role on January 1, 2027 after a search for the next leader. Ken Parks, first CFO since the spin-off, will stay through end of 2026 overseeing earnings calls and the 2026 Form 10-K, then move to Strategic Advisor duties before retiring in April 2027.
