GE Appliances will invest $1B in its 750-acre GE Appliance Park in Louisville, adding three expanded facilities. Over $400M will convert Building 5 into a high-output dryer plant, relocating dryer production from Mexico to Kentucky by late 2027. Projects for Buildings 1 and 2 total $112M and $490M, supporting about 4,700 jobs and expanding laundry capacity across the campus.
