Gabriel India Buys Stake in HL Klemove India for JV Expansion

Gabriel India agreed to a joint venture with South Korea’s HL Klemove to expand beyond core components into advanced mobility and automotive electronics. The company will buy 30% minus one share of HL Klemove India’s paid-up capital for $98.4m. The JV targets India-focused development of ADAS and autonomous driving offerings including radar modules, front cameras, LiDAR and integrated control units, plus sensors and electronic control products such as brake ECUs and steering ECUs.
