FDA notified the public in early July of a recall tied to an ongoing multi-state E. coli outbreak that the CDC has investigated since May. The recalled Frozen GreenWise Organic IQF Blueberries were available at Walmart. A second recall followed, expanding to four additional GreenWise products with whole blueberries and mixed berries. The fruit was made in Chile and FDA issued further recall updates in late July.
