Fraudster Sentenced to 16 Years for Nearly $10M Theft From Amazon
A Georgia woman, Brittany Hudson, was found guilty of laundering fraudulent proceeds, defrauding a franchising company, and forging a federal judge’s signature. Prosecutors say she and an Amazon warehouse operations manager created dozens of fake vendor profiles in Amazon’s system and submitted more than 1,000 false invoices, stealing nearly $10 million in months. Her 16-year sentence has no parole.
