Frasers Group Secures 17.62% Hugo Boss Stake in Tender Results
The offer was accepted for 12,157,598 Hugo Boss shares, about 17.62% of its share capital and voting rights. Hugo Boss’s managing and supervisory boards had urged shareholders to reject the 38-euro offer as the statutory minimum and financially inadequate. Frasers is also linked to expectations around the 30% mandatory-offer threshold, while Hugo Boss noted final tender results after an Aug. 13 acceptance period end.
