Frasers Group debt tops £1.2bn as luxury acquisitions surge
Frasers Group’s debt pile has risen above £1.2bn as it pursues an aggressive acquisition drive across luxury and international retail. Excluding borrowings tied to its financial services securitisation facility, net debt climbed from £847.5m to £1.17bn, reflecting capex and deals including further investment in Hugo Boss and Accent. The group plans to raise its Hugo Boss stake above 50% and interest costs have increased under CEO Michael Murray.
