Fox ESS Selects Infineon SiC for High-Efficiency Home Storage Inverters

Infineon will supply silicon carbide power semiconductors to Fox ESS for future inverter products, enabling the PQ3-Ultra home storage system to reach up to 98.78% maximum inverter efficiency and up to 98.47% during charging and discharging. Fox ESS also submitted a hybrid inverter and battery to Storage Inspection 2026 tests, placing first in the 10 kW class with a 97.0% system performance index.
