Fortescue has stood down a senior executive from working for the company while MinterEllison investigates sexual harassment and bullying allegations. The probe, ongoing for at least five weeks, involves claims including one sexual assault, 13 cases of inappropriate sexual contact, 10 instances of sexual harassment, and five reports of racism or discrimination. Fortescue says industry misconduct extends beyond the company.
