Former Supplier Diversity Manager Sues Harley-Davidson Over Alleged DEI Retaliation
A former supplier diversity manager with more than 20 years in the role says Harley-Davidson wound down its diversity work, sidelined her, and retaliated after she questioned DEI rollbacks. She sued in a Michigan federal court, filing a first amended complaint on Sept. 1, 2026, alleging discrimination based on race, sex and age. The complaint cites being told to stop inclusion work, a title change with no clear duties, and being excluded from external diversity events.
