Matt Zames, a former JPMorgan Chase chief operating officer, is taking an unpaid role as an advisor to the Trump administration’s Social Security agency. He will help Commissioner Frank Bisignano modernize the agency, starting Monday in Baltimore. As a special government employee, he can serve up to 130 days, with time spread beyond full-time work.
