Ford U.S. Sales Drop 10% in August as F-Series Starts Restock
Ford’s U.S. vehicle sales in August fell 10.3% year over year to 170,681 as daily rental and fleet volumes declined. F-Series edged down 1.2% while Super Duty rose 4%, and inventory stayed below 40 days, supporting truck pricing. Dealers are expected to restock toward 50–60 days. Lincoln sales dropped 10% after Corsair discontinuation, while Bronco Sport rose 8.3% and Nautilus gained 29%.
