NHTSA announced Ford Motor Company’s recall of 86,543 2023–2025 Mustang Mach-E vehicles because rear side quarter glass trim may be improperly secured and could detach, creating a road hazard and increasing crash risk. Dealers will inspect and replace affected quarter window glass assemblies free of charge, with owner notification letters expected September 10, 2026.
