Five Below will open a new 9,500-square-foot store at Tanger Outlets Commerce later this fall near Aeropostale and Hollister. The outlet center north of Commerce on the I-85 corridor already added an Ulta Beauty shop. The chain sells products priced at $5 or less and expects the new store to add excitement for teens and tweens. It operates nearly 2,000 stores across 46 states.
