TDS Telecom added about 66,000 marketable fiber service addresses in the quarter, driving first-half 2026 delivery to roughly 106,000 and prompting management to raise full-year fiber guidance to 250,000 to 300,000. Residential fiber net adds rose 47% and fiber revenue increased 13% on $11 million of growth. Copper losses and declining cable revenue weighed on results, while TDS leaned on federal E-ACAM support and agreed to acquire Granite State Communications.
