Fermi signs TensorWave binding deal for 222MW Phase 1 power delivery

Chairman Marius Haas said Fermi met all five commitments from a prior 90-day plan, led by a binding customer agreement with TensorWave. The deal covers up to 650MW across three phases, with Phase 1 a 15-year, 222MW turnkey data-center power commitment worth about $6.5B. Fermi also advanced equipment logistics and timing toward 2027–2029 delivery targets.
