A FedEx Boeing 777 Freighter has been repainted in the carrier’s original livery and formally revealed on August 12, 2026 at Memphis International Airport. The event marked the airport’s renaming to Memphis/Frederick W Smith International Airport in honor of the FedEx founder, with a dedication attended by more than 200 people. The IATA code MEM remains unchanged.
