FedEx Freight terminated EVP and Chief Specialized Services and Commercial Officer Michael Lyons after a securities filing said he committed a code of conduct violation. The company said an internal investigation found he no longer met employment standards. Lyons’ sales, revenue quality, and marketing responsibilities will be transitioned as FedEx Freight searches for a replacement ahead of its June 1, 2026 spinoff.
