FedEx Commits $400M to Build Cargo Hubs in India
FedEx is investing in Delhi, Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai and adding freighter capacity linking India with Europe and the US, plus Asia with India. The company has committed $400M in India this year, including $250M for a cargo hub at an Adani-operated Navi Mumbai airport and $150M for a Delhi hub at a GMR Airports site, with operations expected in 12–18 months, as India’s freighter fleet remains comparatively small.
