FDA Fast Track Lifts Erasca’s ERAS-0015 Pancreatic Cancer Trial Focus

Erasca announced the FDA granted Fast Track Designation to ERAS-0015 for metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma. In its AURORAS-1 Phase 1 update, ERAS-0015 monotherapy at 32 mg showed a 57% response rate in second-line-or-later KRAS G12X patients, with all responders still on treatment at the May 25 cutoff and sustained tolerability. Erasca also advanced combination dosing with panitumumab and plans Phase 3 work with the FDA; R&D and G&A rose in the quarter.
