FBIM Reduces Substantial Stake in Skellerup to 12.546% After Role Change

Skellerup Holdings disclosed that Forsyth Barr Investment Management reduced its substantial holding from 13.550% to 12.546% of ordinary shares. The change followed net on-market sales from September 2025 to August 2026, partially offset by purchases and off-market transfers tied to discretionary investment management. FBIM also stopped managing the Octagon Investment Funds on 31 July 2026, lowering relevant interests in the shares.
