Farmers Face Dec. 31 Deadline for Claims in Deere Repair Antitrust Settlement
Farmers who bought John Deere large agricultural equipment and had to repair it may be eligible for payments under a Deere antitrust class-action settlement. The case alleged Deere withheld certain repair tools and pushed customers toward Deere-authorized dealers for repairs and diagnostics. Claimants must file via the settlement website by Dec. 31; opting out by Dec. 4 ends payment but preserves separate claims, and objections must be filed by Dec. 4.
