Fannie Mae announced a sale of non-performing loans totaling about 943 deeply delinquent loans with $207.4 million in unpaid principal balance, plus 26 loans with $6.7 million in UPB under its 28th Community Impact Pool. Buyers must honor in-process loss mitigation, offer modification and related options, including principal forgiveness, before foreclosure in eligible cases. Bids are due Sept. 15 and Sept. 23, 2026.
